Own Role Research (Makeup)

Before filming I did my own makeup and I also did kirsty's makeup, who plays the role of Jude, Riven's best friend. In order to create a look that was subtle for filming I watched this makeup tutorial on youtube and carried out each step in order to create our looks. I think that this really helped to make us look suitable for a romantic comedy. I thought that this look was dramatic yet it still gives an overall natural finish and helps to make the eyes stand out. Although I did not use the same makeup products as this video I used products that were very similar to what this makeup artist is using.
